Recently, I've been working on the Mailgun Wordpress plugin and trying to bring it up to date and fix bugs here and there. I was attempting to cut a release yesterday and SVN was refusing to let me commit.

Some Googling showed other people were occasionally having this problem as well, so I wanted to share the solution for future travelers.
So, note that SVN says:
Authentication realm: https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org:443 Use your WordPress.org login
While this isn't odd, it may not actually match your login for the plugins site.
